What is personal data?

Personal data is information about individuals whose identity is identified or identifiable (e.g., name, contact information, billing information, IP address, health information).

What data is processed when visiting our homepage and for what purpose?

1. Homepage visit and contact details:
   When visiting a website, certain information is automatically generated and stored. When you visit our website, our web server (computer on which this website is stored) automatically stores the following data:

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name, and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry (legal basis is Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO, your consent). By submitting the contact form or sending us an e-mail, you express your consent. The data is used exclusively for the purposes of the conversation.

When contact is established, the following data is also stored: IP address, date, and time of contact request. This data is used to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

2. Order Data:
   You can make orders on our website in an online store. We use your data to process your order (legal basis is Art 6 para 1 lit b, processing for the performance of a contract).

   Sie können auf unserer Website einen Termin online vereinbaren. For this purpose, we collect your desired doctor, gender, name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other additional information or wishes you provide us with. The legal basis is Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO, your consent.

6. Data for the functioning of the website:
   We collect and use personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services (legal basis is Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO, legitimate interest).

Legal Basis

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6 para. applies 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as the legal basis. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent previous to the withdrawal.
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. applies 1 lit. b DSGVO as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. applies 1 lit. c DSGVO as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. applies. 1 lit. d DSGVO as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, Art. 6 para. applies. 1 lit. f DSGVO as the legal basis for the processing.
